what they say
“Krystina knows how to make an impression ... by being bold and taking the initiative to make things happen, instead of waiting for [them] to come to her. In the weeks following Morning Show Boot Camp, three program directors asked me about her for a potential opening. One of those managers wasn’t
even at Boot Camp. He heard about her from others who were there. I REALLY want to have [her] at a station I work with.”
Radio Consultant / President / CEO, Tracy Johnson Media Group | San Diego, CA | Cell: (858) 472-3546
“Hiring Krystina has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in radio. She not only helped to keep our ratings at the top, but also helped take our show to higher levels and demos we’d never hit before. Easily the hardest-working person I know in radio, Krystina is not only talented – she ‘gets it.’ She understands how radio is done and is the type of person you need on your team if you want to win.”
Executive Producer, The Roula & Ryan Show | 104.1 KRBE, Houston, TX | Cell: (972) 743-3524
“I can’t think of anyone in America more deserving than Krystina to jump into a prime spot with a show. She has an endearing personality and a likability that will win over any audience in any market. A natural instinct for great content, an ability to entertain and a willingness to expose all intimacies of her life.”

“Folks should be dying to give Krystina a shot. Seriously.”

In this highly-competitive industry of radio programming, reaching goals for ratings and audience demographics requires engaging content and innovative producing. With accomplishments in both of these areas and an intense passion for the format, I am excited to exceed your expectations.
As an award-winning producer, I contribute much of my success to my never-ending study of morning radio styles and an ability to connect deeply and intimately with an audience. These traits drive me to produce compelling content that allows a show to easily relate to a demographic and quickly establish a loyal following. Having already produced many highly-rated podcasts, I still spend hours each week studying the work of others to build on my skills and continue to develop superior programming. Routinely commended for hard work and focused determination, I have effectively taught myself new skills and paved new paths to achieve goals.
Here are just a few of my specific achievements.
Working in a competitive market, I played a significant role in gaining record-high ratings, achieving the #1-rated morning show among women 18-34, 18-49, and 25-54, and reaching top-5 show ratings among all adult demographics.
In my first role as producer, I revitalized a 30-year-old radio program and boosted stagnant ratings by implementing original features and bringing a high level of audience interactivity to the show.
After conceiving a brand new show, I taught myself to edit video and executed all aspects of the production, including scripting, filming, editing, and marketing to launch the show.
